WEBSITES

I bet you’ve noticed that it’s really easy to spend too much money
 – or too much time – on a website…

I’ve been creating websites (mostly for small businesses around Texarkana)
for almost twenty years, and I’ve noticed that
many companies really just need a simple website –
one that tells their potential customers what they do, and how to contact them.

And now that just about everyone is carrying the Internet in their pocket, a website is even more valuable.

For most websites, at least half their visitors are using a smartphone.
And if you don’t have a website,
you’re trusting Google, Yahoo, Yelp, Yellow Pages or someone else
to get your company’s info correct –
your location, your telephone number, your hours…

Sometimes that works ok.
And sometimes people find a review site that criticizes you.

Let’s put the correct info out there,
and make sure people know how wonderful you really are.

To set up your new website, we just need a little info…
the need you meet, a little about you, your phone number,
your business hours, and your address, if people come to you.

Your new website will have one page devoted to your product or services,
and a separate page with your contact info.
We’ll use a contact form instead of giving your email address to the whole world, though.

And if people come to you to do business, we’ll also include a clickable map,
so people can drive right up to your door using their smartphone.

Here’s a great example of an essential website –
Dr. Michael Stolba, a chiropractor in Texarkana TX.
Note that we used a simple logo, and didn’t worry about finding a photo.
He’d rather talk to you on the phone than check his email,
so we didn’t even include the contact form.
The information is useful – and correct – and you can click the map for directions.
Correct directions.

Of course, if you have a logo and/or photos, we’ll include those on your website.

(And of course, if you want a bigger website, we’re happy to do that, as well.
News, events, a photo gallery… whatever you need.)

The price? Just $399 per year.
Or, if you prefer monthly payments,
just $35 per month, with a one-time $50 setup fee.

You’ve probably already begun to notice that our yearly fee is less
than a month in the back of the phone book, but there’s more:

Your site will be optimized for search engines (SEO).
Your site will look good on desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
Your site will be protected against hacking.
Your site will be backed-up every day.

And we’ll make minor changes every month, if necessary.
New logo, add or change pictures…

Social Media

Want to market to 22-29 year old women,
who live within 50 miles of Texarkana,
who are married, and like Harry Potter?
We can do that.

The old saying was, “Fifty percent of your marketing budget is wasted;
the trick is figuring out which half.”
As someone who has done my best to target my prospects
using the correct radio stations, newspapers, magazines, and TV channels,
I can vouch for that.

Now, those mediums are still valid, and a good choice for many companies.

But those social media options, though…

Facebook knows a lot about us.
Not just what we put in our official profiles –
they pay attention to our Likes, our shares, the pages we read,
the links we follow, and even who we interact with.
Even if we don’t tell them our age, our sex, our race…
they begin to figure it out.

…which makes it a marketer’s dream.

And it can be amazingly cost-effective, too.

There are many variables, though,
and while there certainly isn’t a one-size-fits all,
we’re confident we can help you reach your goals.

We can start with creating, or helping you manage, your Facebook business page,
and setting up social media guidelines for your employees.
We’ll make sure your Facebook page and your website are linked to each other,
and then we’ll analyze your products or services,
and find the best way to reach your desired audience.

Again, this isn’t a cookie-cutter solution.
It takes some time and effort from both of us.

But, as you’ve probably already begun to realize,
it’s both fun and profitable.
